Trying my hand at inks again. The BG was done with ink and brush, the guy with pen and marker. Tweaked in photohop, just took out the blue ruff and adjusted levels.

More Sketchy fun.

Sketchbook Por sketch. Trying to practice using minimal lines. I rely on lines too much. I need to get comfortable with color. I am SO not comfortable with color.

Some units from Starcraft. The marine, Stalker and Roach. Started with sketches while watching some games. Then scanned them in and tried to color them using mostly the burn and dodge tools. Haven't colored with those in a while. It's fun, but most importantly it's pretty fast.

I've been drawing on paper a lot lately, I forgot how fun it is. As opposed to drawing on the computer with a tablet, which is what I usually do. The reason is I got a scanner finally. Here's the first pic I scanned in. I'm gonna start updating a lot more now. =)
